• One Account: Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all associated accounts will be suspended.

• KYC Verification: gt33 may request a copy of your National ID or passport at any time for identity verification.
• Mobile Number: Registration requires an active Bangladeshi mobile number, which will also be used for payments.

Your gt33 account is entirely your responsibility. There are a few important rules to follow to keep your account secure.

• Password security: Never share your password with anyone. Use a strong password of at least 8 characters.
• Unauthorized access: You may not allow anyone else to access or use your account. Report any suspicious activity to our support team immediately.
• Keeping information up to date: If any of your personal details change, update your account immediately. In particular, notify our support team whenever your mobile number changes.
• Inactive Account: Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be temporarily suspended. Contact support to reactivate.

Gt33 supports fast and secure transactions through all major mobile banking services and bank transfers in Bangladesh. The key payment rules are outlined below.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum amount per deposit is BDT 300.
• Withdrawal time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of successful verification. In some cases, manual review may take up to 24 hours.
• Same Method: Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit. This is in line with international anti-money laundering standards.
• Verification Required: KYC verification must be completed for withdrawals above ৳5,000 BDT.
• Payment method: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfers are all accepted.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Odds change: In live betting, odds change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is submitted are final.
• Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded. Different rules apply for combo bets covering multiple events.
• Minimum bet: The minimum bet amount is ৳20 BDT.

• Technical Issues: gt33 is not liable for server errors or connection failures, but will make every effort to resolve such issues fairly.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gt33. Any violation will result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

• Involvement in match-fixing or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Operating multiple accounts to exploit the bonus system.
• Attempting to access another member's account or engaging in any form of hacking.
• Using automated bots or scripts on the GT33 platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.
• Misconduct or harassment toward GT33 staff.

GT33 believes betting is purely for entertainment. We never want any member to face financial or emotional difficulties as a result of betting. That's why we provide a range of responsible gaming tools to support our members.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits whenever you choose.
• Betting Limits: Limit your betting amount during a set time period.
• Self-Exclusion: Option to voluntarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Permanent Exclusion: You may request permanent account closure at any time.
• Reality Check: Get reminders after playing for a set period of time.

Members may request account closure at any time. Any valid balance will be available for withdrawal before the account is closed.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you object to any condition, please request to close your account.
